As we draw this year to a close, I can’t help but look back and feel the need to make sense of the year. We’ve had changes in the global alliances that have been in place for decades. We’ve seen the UK, planning its direction for Brexit with turmoil and uncertainty about what type of Brexit we need.
I was recently talking with a friend of mine who also works in the leadership development space, and he asked me how we had managed to get such great behaviour change results from one of our leadership development programmes.
I loved my time at Secondary School, I found Physics and Chemistry particularly fascinating. This amazing world of science would stretch my mind in ways I loved and hated all at the same time. Last week, I happened to come across my school report.

Back when I was studying for my Pharmacy degree, as part of the course, we had to undertake extra studying to achieve our course credits. The options were limited, and like sheep, we all enrolled on to a course that on the face of it, had nothing to do with Pharmacy, healthcare or anything remotely related.
